So how do you get the most from your employees? Good question, right? What really motivates people in the workplace? Money or cash incentives? Praise? The World is changing and many, no, let’s say “most” businesses, of every size, can no longer see the big picture.

“Do this for this amount of money, and maybe – just maybe, there’ll be a bonus on the other end for above and beyond productivity“.

This works, right? Well, actually it doesn’t, not if you’re trying to influence beyond mopping floors. What seems like common sense at first glance now sounds so 1990s. Well, enough commentary, let’s get onto the feature film…
